We’re excited to announce that the latest release of OneView is now available. This update brings several new features, announcements, and improvements designed to enhance your experience within the platform.
ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPDATES
🛡️ Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Coming Nov 18th!: We’re enhancing your account security with multi-factor authentication (MFA). Starting November 18th, you’ll need to complete a second verification step when logging into OneView. You’ll only need to verify once every 7 days on the same device. Getting Started – Email verification is already set up as your default – no setup is required:
- Log in with your username and password
- Click “Send me an email” when prompted
- Open the verification email from Okta
- Click “Sign-In” in the email OR enter the 6-digit code
What to Use an Authenticator App? You can optionally switch to Okta Verify, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator. Setup instructions are available on our support page. Need additional help? Contact our support team.

Work History Gap: In addition to the improvements we made to Work History gap records, we’ve also updated the Audit History and Verification Detail modals to match these changes.
Verification Details: Just like the updates we made to the Audit History modal a few weeks ago, this one now shows “Record Status” instead of the previous “Inactive” row to help you better identify record status changes.
