MISSING MODIO EMAILS?

If you’re not receiving expected emails from us (such as password resets, notifications, or account updates), please try the following steps:

If the emails aren’t there, contact your IT department to have Okta email servers and support@modiohealth.com added to your organization’s trusted sender list. Corporate email filters sometimes block emails coming from Modio Health because they’re sent through Okta’s servers but display “support@modiohealth.com” as the sender. Security systems may interpret this as a phishing attempt.

First, check your spam/junk folder to see if the emails were filtered there

V2 UPDATES

• Audit History: When you look at record changes in the Audit History modal, you might notice that the “Inactive” row at the bottom has been renamed to “Record Status.” We’ve updated this row as well as the values within it to help you clearly identify active, inactive, or removed records.

• Row Checkboxes: We’ve added checkboxes to all grids in V2 to allow you to copy selected rows more easily. Some of the grids you may notice these new checkboxes in are Provider Info, CAQH, OIG and SAM, and more.

• Facility Affiliations: You now have the option to display two new date fields, Initial Appt Date and Reappointment Start Date, in the Facility Affiliations grid. This will help you see important recredentialing information at a glance.

• Logins: Your Logins module now defaults to only show Active providers to make your records more manageable. If you’d like to change this setting, just click on the menu button to update your default view and save your settings for next time.

• Work History Gaps: We’ve made it simpler to add gaps to a provider’s work history with a new “Gap?” checkbox in this section. When you select this box, you’ll see just the appropriate fields, like the Gap Reason, Start and End Dates, and a new field for “Duration (Days).”
